Cancellation Policy

At Mixt Academy, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our tutoring services, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.

1. Student Cancellations

  • Notice Period: Students may cancel or reschedule a tutoring session at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • No-Shows: If a student does not attend a session without notice, it will be marked as a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

2. Tutor Cancellations

  • If a tutor is unable to conduct a session, students will be offered:
  • A rescheduled session at no extra cost.
  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible or preferred.

3. Emergency Exceptions

In the case of emergencies (e.g., medical issues, technical failures), Mixt Academy may review and approve exceptions to the policy on a case-by-case basis. Proper documentation or notice may be required.

4. Group Sessions and Packages

  • Group sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled by Mixt Academy.
  • For prepaid packages, cancellations are allowed only for unused sessions, and notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance of the next session.
