Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellations by Students

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Students may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice to qualify for a full refund or credit.
• Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in no refund or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations by Mixt Academy

If a session is canceled by the tutor or Mixt Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Package Refunds

• For prepaid packages, refunds may be issued for unused sessions only, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase and no sessions have been attended.
• Refunds on used packages are not available, but students may request session credits or substitutions at Mixt Academy's discretion.

4. Technical Issues

• If a session is disrupted due to verified technical issues on Mixt Academy's side, a make-up session or refund will be offered.
• Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and functional device. Refunds will not be issued for issues on the student's side.

5. Quality of Service

If you are dissatisfied with a session due to tutor performance, please report the issue within 24 hours. Mixt Academy will review the case and may offer a refund or replacement session based on the outcome.

7. Refund Processing Time
