The level of professionalism of teacher Fatima and the person in administration Ali are two of the most unreliable people to be associated with teaching or anything close to teaching for that matter. Extremely unreliable and teachers use academy’s name to make parents think they are engaged with the academy and and when you raise a grievance due to lack of efforts from the teachers by missing multiple classes, they take no responsibility and accountability and blame the parents for not signing up with the academy directly. Please be cautious with this set up and I don't want to use the word but it has scam written all over it.
