Students must attend sessions on time and behave respectfully.
Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in termination of services without a refund.
All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed via our platform or communication channels.
Payments are to be made upfront. Sessions will not be conducted until payment is received.
Mixt Academy reserves the right to change pricing or packages at any time.
Students may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of service disruption caused by Mixt Academy.
All content shared by Mixt Academy, including notes, presentations, and recorded lessons, is the intellectual property of Mixt Academy or its tutors. Users may not distribute, sell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
Mixt Academy and its tutors are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, but we are committed to delivering high-quality tutoring support.
We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, with prior notice.
